(Crookston, Minn.)- University of Minnesota, Crookston Head Women's Soccer Coach Richard Jones has resigned his position to pursue other opportunities. His resignation takes effect at the end of the academic year.

Stephanie Helgeson for giving me the honor of being the head coach at the University of Minnesota, Crookston,” says Coach Jones. “I appreciate all of the support that I have received from the administrators, students and the community. The hardest part of making this decision was knowing that I will miss the student-athletes that are currently on the team.”
“We would like to thank Richard for all his contributions to Golden Eagle Women's Soccer, the athletic department and the university,” says University of Minnesota, Crookston Athletic Director
Stephanie Helgeson. “We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
