2016 (Junior): Hagen started one match, while appearing in 28 as a defensive specialist...She played in 98 sets on the season...Hagen averaged 0.22 assists per set and notched 20 service aces on the season...She averaged 1.83 digs per set with 179 digs on the season...Hagen notched 17 digs at MSU Moorhead...She tallied 12 digs against U-Mary...Hagen notched 11 digs versus Winona State...She had 10 digs at Upper Iowa.

2015 (Sophomore): Started out the season in more of a defensive specialist role, but moved back to setter when UMC moved into a 6-2 system...Hagen had 102 assists on the season...She averaged 2.14 digs per set and had a perfect 1.000 receiving percentage...Hagen had a season-high 18 digs against U-Mary with 18 assists on the day...She had 16 digs against Black Hills State and 15 vs. Bemidji State at home...Hagen tallied a season-high 20 assists against Minot State. 

2014 (Freshman): Saw increased time as the Golden Eagles moved to a 6-2 system...Notched season-high 34 assists against Bemidji State...Had 27 assists against Southwest Minnesota State...Notched 24 assists against Upper Iowa...Tallied 23 assists against Northern State...Notched season-high 12 digs against Wayne State and Sioux Falls...Had 11 digs against Maryville and St. Cloud State...Second on the team with 257 assists, averaging 2.45 assists per set as a freshman...Notched 162 digs for an average of 1.54 digs per set. 

High School: Hagen was an All-South Suburban Conference pick as a senior at Burnsville H.S.and an All-South Suburban Conference Honorable Mention selection as a junior...Hagen averaged 6.7 assists per set with 1,664 assists as a senior...She also added 526 digs on the year and had 100 service aces...Played for the Mizuno Northern Lights for the club volleyball, one of the premier club programs in the state of Minnesota...The club also produced current UMC players Erin Schwarz, Sierra Trost and Maggie Perrel. A high school and club teammate of fellow UMC signee Alyssa Muelken.
