2025(Freshman): Shaw an amazing debut season with the Golden Eagles... She set a 5k personal and school record with a time of 18:08 at the Auggie twilight...She also set a 6k school,personal, and program record with a time of 22:11 at the Holiday Inn Classic... She set a program record at the Regional Central race, she placed 52nd and had a time of 22:23.

Prior to UMN Crookston: Shaw was a First Team All-Conference pick in the Northwest Conference for Willamette University in 2024...Shaw finished seventh at the Northwest Conference Championships in 2024 at Oak Knoll Golf Course...She ran the 6,000M in 22:38.2...She won the 1,500M in track and field for Willamette at the Linfield Open in 2024...Shaw was the top finisher for Willamette at the NCAA West Regional, finishing the 6K in 22:48.2...She competed for two seasons at Willamette University...As a prep, she ran for Ridgeview High School.

Personal: Daughter of Christie and Mike Shaw...She plans to major in sport and recreation management.
